overheating!!!!!!

My car keeps overheating if I hit tomany stop lights or try to keep it running. I checked the water and its fine. If I take a road trip or im on the highway it does fine. I know this is a new forum but ive tried everywhere else and all I get is 40 people with 40 different answers. Its a 94 cavaler.

I'm kinda bummed about this. I waited to see if anyone would reply because its easy fix and really common with new cars. The fans not working. It could be a fuse or relay. It could also just be the fan or the temp sending unit. And if anyone is wondering my its Mr and Mrs D&T Auto its because shes my wife. She said she would figure it out on her own so she posted on are forum. Ill fix it tomorrow unless you want to try and do it.
